Dr. Tracy L. Thomas (she/her)

Owner, Supervisor, & Clinical Psychologist

I offer high-achieving professionals a unique blend of empathy, connection, and practical strategies tailored to their individual lifestyles. My background in various therapeutic modalities allows me to adapt proven techniques so they will resonate with you. My understanding of your specific challenges—such as work-related stress, boundary negotiations, and maintaining personal relationships—facilitates meaningful progress in therapy.

As an integrative practitioner, I am uniquely able to draw upon techniques from Relational Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Group Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. I combine practical strategies with a deep understanding of relationship patterns to alleviate your symptoms and enhance your overall functioning.

I know that the relationship you have with your therapist can lead to amazing insights and new relational experiences in your life. That’s why you can expect me to be an active participant in our work, helping you deepen your awareness of what you're experiencing and how you are perceived, so you can explore new ways of being in real-time. I’m here to support you and challenge you to push through the barriers that keep you stuck. You can always count on me to be genuine, coming from a truly supportive and non-judgmental place.
