Nicole Varbedian (she/her)

Associate Psychotherapist

I provide individuals with a nurturing, empathetic, and collaborative environment aimed at fostering self-understanding and facilitating meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, or career transitions, I customize my approach to resonate with your unique needs and strengths. My therapeutic style is characterized by a blend of curiosity, authenticity, and evidence-based strategies, empowering you to reconnect with your values and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

As an integrative practitioner, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). With a particular focus on working with individuals with ADHD, I incorporate practical tools designed to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering warmth, insight, and respect as we work together to manage symptoms, strengthen relationships, and gain clarity about your identity.

I understand that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful catalyst for healing and growth. You can expect me to be an active participant in our work, providing both support and thoughtful challenges from a genuine place of care. Together, we will create a space where you can explore new ways of being and take meaningful steps towards the life you envision.
